Dillon Construction Group (DCG) was founded in 2002 by Dale Dillon, an industry veteran with a passion for delivering high-caliber construction consulting and management services. From the beginning, the company was built on a clear philosophy: to provide the personalized service and agility of a small firm with the expertise and capabilities of a national organization.

In 2015, Audie Tarpley joined DCG, bringing with him a strong background in construction management and a shared commitment to quality, integrity, and client-first service. In 2020, Audie assumed ownership of the company, continuing its legacy while driving innovation and growth for the future. Dale remains an integral part of the team, serving as a leader within the organization. 

Together, Dale and Audie offer more than 60 years of combined industry experience. Their leadership has guided the successful execution of projects nationwide for a major real estate investment trust, covering every phase of development—from pre-construction and entitlement to final delivery. Their depth of experience ensures each project is approached with precision, efficiency, and long-term value.
