AUDIE TARPLEY

President • Owner

With over four decades of experience in design, build, and construction management, Audie Tarpley brings an unparalleled depth of industry knowledge. His impressive portfolio spans the development of corporate headquarters, industrial and manufacturing facilities, retail spaces, mixed-use buildings, and multi-family projects across the United States.


Audie’s longstanding collaboration with DCG founder Dale Dillon began at Duke Realty Investments, where the two played key roles in the successful completion of industrial parks, office developments, and retail centers. Since joining DCG, Audie has led the design and construction of notable projects including the headquarters for Lids and Merchants Bank, industrial facilities, complex building renovations, and thousands of multi-family units with structured parking totaling over 10,000 spaces.


A proven leader with a meticulous approach to execution, Audie continues to shape DCG’s legacy of quality, innovation, and results-driven construction.

DALE DILLON

Founder

Dale Dillon founded Dillon Construction Group on July 4, 2002, driven by a clear vision: to offer the personalized service of a small firm while delivering results on par with the nation’s top construction companies. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Dale brings a hands-on, solutions-focused approach to every project.


His deep knowledge of the construction landscape—combined with a trusted network of architects, engineers, and industry professionals—enables Dale to lead complex projects with precision and integrity. Under his leadership, DCG has built a reputation for exceeding expectations, emphasizing quality craftsmanship, value-driven planning, and long-term client partnerships.


Dale’s commitment to excellence continues to guide DCG’s mission and inspire the team that carries his legacy forward.






Jennifer Schlenger

Director of Operations

Since joining Dillon Construction Group in April 2018, Jennifer has become an integral part of the DCG team. With over a decade of experience in the real estate and construction industries, she plays a key role in both the strategic and operational sides of the business. From managing day-to-day operations to supporting the oversight of projects from initial development through final closeout, Jennifer ensures that every detail aligns with DCG’s commitment to quality and efficiency.


She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University and brings a strong organizational foundation to the company’s diverse portfolio. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and getting lost in a good book.








RJ Beckerich

Director of Construction

RJ Beckerich has been a valued member of Dillon Construction Group since 2016. As Project Manager, RJ leads the construction process with a focus on contracting, budgeting, quality control, and scheduling. His attention to detail and strong leadership have been instrumental in the successful delivery of several high-profile projects, including The Railyard Apartments and the Merchants Bank of Indiana Headquarters in Carmel, Indiana.


RJ holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and an MBA from Western Governors University. In addition to his professional accomplishments, RJ proudly serves in the Indiana Army National Guard, recently celebrating a decade of service.

Outside the office, RJ enjoys hiking, camping, and giving back to his community as an Assistant Scout Master with his local Boy Scout Troop.






David Anaya

Senior Superintendent

David joined Dillon Construction Group in May 2019, bringing over 20 years of experience in residential and multi-family construction. With a background rooted in both single-family custom homes and large-scale developments, David plays a critical role in ensuring quality and consistency across every project.


As Senior Superintendent, he supports project managers on-site by overseeing overall production, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. His commitment to excellence and client satisfaction makes him a trusted leader in the field.











Coy chaney

Superintendent

Coy Chaney has been immersed in the construction industry since the age of 16, when he got his start framing custom-built homes. Over the years, he’s gained hands-on experience in nearly every trade, giving him a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to bring a project to life from the ground up.


As a Superintendent at DCG, Coy brings passion, precision, and pride to every job site. He thrives on seeing projects through from start to finish and is dedicated to delivering successful outcomes for clients and crews alike.


Outside of work, Coy enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, riding his motorcycle, and tackling small home improvement projects in his spare time.








Nick REUTER

Business Development & Preconstruction

With over 26 years of progressive experience in construction management, Nick Reuter leads preconstruction efforts across industrial, commercial, multi-family, and residential projects. 


Nick’s experience includes contributing to approximately $350M in awarded contracts at Peterson and $200M at F.A. Wilhelm, supporting major design-build wins while consistently delivering accurate estimates and seamless transitions to field operations. 

Known for his strong focus on cost containment and value engineering, Nick has implemented systems and processes that enhance preconstruction efficiency and improve cost forecasting.


Nick holds a B.S. in Building Construction Management from Purdue University, along with OSHA 10/30-hour and Procore certifications. 






DEBRA KIRBY

Project Executive

With more than 22 years of experience in project and program management, Debra is known for her collaborative leadership style and strong client relationships - taking pride in guiding complex projects with attention to detail, clear communication, and a solutions-focused approach. She is committed to delivering high-quality results while fostering teamwork and trust throughout every phase of a project.


Throughout her career, Debra has partnered with a wide range of respected clients, including Merchants Bank, Ascension, IU Health, Franciscan Health, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Indiana University, Purdue University, Butler University, Eli Lilly and Company, Roche Diagnostics, and Indianapolis International Airport. These experiences have strengthened her ability to lead diverse, complex projects while building lasting partnerships grounded in trust and collaboration.


Debra has also served as a senior-level program manager on the owner's side, gaining a valuable perspective from both angles of the construction process. Today, she most enjoys partnering with specialized design professionals on design-build projects, where collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving come together to create exceptional results.

Ryan Brothers

Project Manager

Ryan Brothers is a dedicated Project Manager with a passion for the construction industry and the people who drive it forward. A proud graduate of Ball State University, Ryan brings a diverse background with a detail-oriented approach to every project while making safety and quality the hallmarks of his work.

Beyond the job site, Ryan is defined by his commitment to his faith, family, and community. He finds balance and inspiration by volunteering with his church as well as hiking adventures through nature with his family. His leadership extends to the ball fields, where he spends much of his time coaching his three children, instilling in them the same values of teamwork and persistence that he brings to his professional career. Ryan is focused on building structures and relationships that last.







JEREMY WETHINGTON

Project Superintendent

Jeremy Wethington brings nearly three decades of flooring and construction experience to Dillon Construction Group. He began his career by founding Wethington Tile in 1996, specializing in tile and hardwood flooring for custom home builders. As his business grew, Jeremy expanded into the commercial sector in 2008, overseeing the installation of a wide range of commercial flooring systems.


After years of hands-on installation work, Jeremy transitioned into project leadership in 2015, joining ICC Floors as a Field Superintendent where he managed custom home flooring projects. In 2023, he moved into the commercial division, leading complex commercial projects and further broadening his expertise. It was during this time that he met DCG President Audie Tarpley, who recognized Jeremy’s experience and leadership, ultimately bringing him to Dillon Construction Group in March 2026.


Known for his practical approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality, Jeremy is dedicated to building lasting relationships while ensuring every project is completed with precision and professionalism.


Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys attending concerts and traveling with his children. During the warmer months, you’ll often find him riding his Harley with friends, and when fall arrives, he heads to the woods for deer hunting—a lifelong passion that keeps him outdoors from October through January. Above all, Jeremy values the time he spends with his family and friends, who remain at the center of everything he does.

Brad Darlington

Project Superintendent

Brad Darlington brings a diverse background in construction, manufacturing, and leadership, backed by years of hands-on experience and military service. His career began at a young age working alongside family in the pavement maintenance industry before transitioning into residential construction, framing custom homes and building a strong foundation in the trades.


In 2008, Brad answered the call to serve by joining the United States Marine Corps, where he proudly served until 2017. The majority of his military career was spent with the 2nd Battalion, 2nd Marines at Camp Lejeune before being assigned to the Precision Weapons Section in Quantico. His time in the Marines instilled the discipline, leadership, and commitment to excellence that continue to define his work today.


Following his military service, Brad returned to the construction industry, first working in underground utility construction before joining JLBS Construction. There, he advanced from stone fabricator to Installation Manager, overseeing the delivery, installation, and successful completion of stone packages for multifamily and commercial projects across Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Iowa, North Carolina, and Alabama.


Today, Brad brings that same dedication, attention to detail, and team-first mentality to Dillon Construction Group, where he is committed to delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients and project partners.


Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time outdoors exploring places like Cataract Falls, Three Rivers, and Echo Hollow. He is passionate about strength training and powerlifting, and above all, values time spent with his wife, their six children, one grandchild, and their dogs.
